A new start of harvesting in dCrops is beginning and I am eager to test my knowledge gathered from tutorial posts provided by other players in #dcrops, I don't have much to comment on the end of season since as mentioned before I ended up starting a little late in the game and was half way through the summer season and into autumn so I could start my planting.

I chose not to sell my harvest that earned me only 27 Shares for the simple reason that I would not acquire any $CROP since I would not qualify for rewards or anything like that, I was kind of in doubt since I found nothing in other posts or FAQ of the game about holding your harvest but it seems to work even if you leave to sell after the end of the season, a positive point.

So autumn has arrived 🍂

To start this beginning I bought 7 more Lands Average Farmland for my small farming totaling now 9 points to plant seeds, also bought 3 Pumpkin and 6 Carrots to plant in the empty spaces, I hope to get at least adding with the products still kept in the inventory something around 180 Shares which would give me a place in the leaderboard to receive an amount of the token $CROP.
To get an idea the player @dumnebari is currently in first place with 12533 Shares and will receive according to the table if it maintains its position exact 160640 $CROP which is equivalent in the current conversion to the main token Hive in exact 584 $HIVE, he would have a gain of $384 dollars this season which is very satisfactory.

At the moment I am not bothering with the quests to acquire some chests, honestly I do not understand why some things are generated that we can not do in the current season, as an example I can not plant Rice which forces me to spend an amount of token in the game to generate a new mission, first of all I make it clear that I waited for the cycle to start to generate the missions what would be correct to generate some seed tasks relating to autumn, perhaps a visual error to be updated? I hope so.

At the moment the game is a bit idle and I am a bit impatient when I invest in some NFT games of this type, however looking at some tabs I realized that there is a lot more to do for the game like an item crafting system and forge or something, on one hand I am glad that I don't have to worry about my plants being sucked by crows or watering constantly to not lose the harvest (Yes, traumas with that fraudulent game that stole some amounts of money from me, damn PVU).

Is investment paying off?

At the moment I think so, even if I have not received a return in money I believe in the project so the investment, after all we are still selling the Beta package and if this game follows the trail of the leader of the Splinterlands network I really do not want to be out of this collection and the assets are still at a generous price to buy and sell so I can withdraw at any time that my losses may be very few or almost nil.

Maybe I could just become a token idle completely? Just maintaining the power of dCrops to get a daily income in $HIVE which is not totally bad on the one hand, but on the other hand I want to interact more and let's face it it's not cool to just post my Holding income without getting involved in the project, otherwise I would just buy tokens on any crypto market that has a liquidity pool system or airdrops for holding the token.

As with any investment in the world of cryptocurrency the game dCrops is a risk of loss, I am not claiming that it is an investment with a high return or anything like that so no one will use their funds without consent of the chance of loss as with any cryptocurrency asset, first of all please read the entire Whitepaper of the project and carefully consider whether you want to enter with your money.
