Welcome to this post, this week's selected monster is the Mycelic Morphoid.

Mycelic Morphoids are in a constant state of growth and development. As part of Queen Mycelia's brood, Morphoids work to spread the growing blight on Praetoria. Infected themselves by the poison, they take root near streams and rivers, contaminating it with the blight. In turn, the waters feed them, and a second Morphoid sprouts from the original. Together, the two travel as one until they split and continue the process.

But what is it?

This common land monster with 1 mana cost is practically forgotten and rarely used just to complete the match deck, perhaps not even worth it just to get CP since it earns you only 5 points in its normal version and 125 in its gold version.
At level 3 it acquires the ability Thorns, which perhaps for its mana cost seems like a good thing, but with only 2 life without any shield it would only serve as a protector of some better card or sacrifice.

Let's try this monster

After trying to fit him anyway in the battles using my earth deck, I did not get satisfactory results so that I could bring something relevant to the challenge, so I thought of renting him at his level 3 and acquire his ability, but I remembered that I had my precious Mylor Crowling that would yield him the same ability, since he would only gain attribute increase after 5.

My battle

I tried countless battles to produce something useful to explain some sense in this card, but I wasn't getting any results, so I was thinking of buying it at the level that gets its ability and then I remembered that I had my powerful friend Mylor Crowling, who gives the same to everyone.
